Income Property Asset Manager

Investor Performance Management, LLC, a subsidiary of St. Louis-based Rangeline Capital, is seeking experienced Asset Managers for its expanding institutional real estate portfolio management and advisory business. The number of properties being supervised will vary based on candidate qualifications. At least 5 years experience with thorough knowledge of property income and expense analysis is required with ownership-based financial investment analysis skills preferred. While previous direct asset management experience is preferred, successful candidates could also come from a banking-based real estate loan portfolio analysis background. Familiarity in senior housing and healthcare properties is a definite plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required as is a reasonable proficiency in standard office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc).
