Jonathan D. Hanks - Investment Director

Jon joined Rangeline in August of 2001 as the company’s Investment Director. He has been involved in real estate finance and investment analysis for over five years. Current responsibilities include direction of all investment analysis, lender marketing and solicitation, and transaction closings. Since joining Rangeline, Jon has presided over $100 million in transaction closings.

Jon received credit training at Southwest Bank, a $2 Billion commercial bank headquartered in St. Louis. At Southwest Bank his responsibilities included the preparation and presentation of annual loan reviews for the Senior Loan Committee as well as performing financial analysis and due diligence for new loans. In 1999 he joined David Weiss at Northmarq Capital Group as an Investment Analyst, where his responsibilities included transaction underwriting, preparation of investment materials, lender solicitation and marketing support, loan closings, and the preparation of annual reviews for a $1 Billion serviced loan portfolio. While at NorthMarq he was involved in the marketing and closing of real estate transactions in excess of $1 Billion. Jon is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he majored in Finance and History. He is a December 2002 candidate for a Masters in Business Administration at Webster University in St. Louis.
