Jonathan D. Hanks  - Investment Director

Jon joined Rangeline in August of 2001 as the company’s Investment Director.  He has been involved in real estate finance and investment analysis for over ten years.  Current responsibilities include direction and execution of all financing investments including analysis, lender marketing and solicitation, and transaction closings.  Since joining Rangeline, Jon has presided over $1 Billion in transaction closings. 

Jon received credit training at Southwest Bank, a $2 Billion commercial bank headquartered in St. Louis.  In 1999 he joined David Weiss at Northmarq Capital Group as an Investment Analyst, where his responsibilities included transaction underwriting, preparation of investment materials, lender solicitation and marketing support, loan closings, and the preparation of annual reviews for a $1 Billion serviced loan portfolio.  While at NorthMarq he was involved in the marketing and closing of real estate transactions in excess of $1 Billion.  Jon has a bachlors degree from the University of Notre Dame, majoring in Finance and History, and an M.B.A. from Webster University in St. Louis.
